Am I breaking any laws if I'm 18 and having sex with my 15 year old girlfriend?

I'm 18 and my girlfriend is currently 15, about to be 16. I think she might be pregnant. Are there any statutory rape charges that could be pinned on me by her parents? Or are there any other laws that I could be potentially breaking by having sex with a 15 year old who is about to be 16 in April?

Most likely you are. The age of consent is 16 in NC. She's not 16. You may be breaking the law. The only thing going for you is you are only 2 plus years older which minimizes things.
