Ok so the police took my phone (for unrelated reasons) and it has nude pic a 13 year old girl sent me on it! I'm scared! Its an iPhone 4s jailbroken and it has a password on it. Can they get into it? The pictures are in my messages not saved to my phone but they are still on there. I'm 17 and she is 14 now am i going to be labeled a sex offender?

If you are convicted of possession of child pornagraphy, you would be required to register as a sex offender. However, due to your young age, you might be able to petition the court to be removed. See RSMo. Section 589.400. In any event, you should contact an attorney before you make any statements to law enforcement.
