QUESTION

Am I going to court?

Asked on May 11th, 2019 on Traffic Violations - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I was pulled over for going around 95 in a 55 zone. After handing the cop my license, I realized my registration and insurance were expired. He had no comment on it, as I was just heading back to the military base I work at. He said he'd issue me a summons instead of stacking charges, but I wasn't given any paperwork or anything and he told me to have a nice night. What happens from here?
