2 days ago i received a dui... officer said i was doing 120 mph, found 2 bowls with small amount of weed in them and my bac was .1something... am i going to jail?

It's a possibility for a first-offense DUI (range of 72 hours minimum to 6 mos. max) Has the Prelim (preliminary hearing) happened yet? Good idea to at least consult with an attorney about this issue. Representation before the Prelim can be an even bigger help.
