I recently tried shoplifting. Everything I stole after tax was maybe $40/41. They said I'm being charged with concealment and under ringing. I stole once before and they caught it on tape and it was like an $8 piece of makeup. I have no prior record and I have no good excuse as to why I did why I did. It was the biggest mistake of my life and I don't know what's going to happen to me. I'm 18 and in college. It was just those two times and they caught me both times, and confronted me the second time.

The only answer anyone can give here is maybe. You have turned over the answer to that question to a judge, assuming you plead guilty or are convicted at a trial.
