More details to this question:
I had a pretty bad offense, pot and knives on school property when i was a minor, and it was made onto a probationary setting and I successfully completed the probation period. I am not to sure if it has been sealed yet, even know they are supposed disappear to when you turn 18. But I have recently been charged with 8 counts of disorderly conduct including pot, hashish, and paraphernalia. Do you know what I could be facing with this? Is this considered my first offense? I'm hoping no jail time because I have good grades and still wish to go to college.

Your juvenile record will not play a role other than 'set the tone' . You lose your ability to plead ignorance when you commit the same crimes. The eight charges bear weight. What are the exact charges ? Ed dimon, esq 732-797-1600
