Am I in trouble for supervision violation for misdemeanor?

More details to this question:
My supervision was over on June 2, 2015. I did not report thinking it was just over. I didn't pay $40 for supervision and was behind on fines. I had a bench warrant so I did a walk through jail with bondsman. I immediately paid fines and supervision in full.

Possibly, but fixing your foul up doesn't hurt. You may have bought yourself some extra court costs as well.
