More details to this question:
Well I got arrested for possession of controlled substance. I went to jail, seems I never got in trouble before the judge let me go on my own with bond and told me I had 60 days till they send me a target letter which I still haven't received. I even called on the last day of my 60 days the public defender told me they did not have any target letter for me and like wise the DA's office. my question is what happens now? Did it got drop or not I don't even know. I did check the website on the case look and even there it did say nothing. What happens or what should I do?

These things are kind of squirrley. It may be that the government filed a Nolle Prosequi (dismissal) and that may not have been entered onto the court docket yet. Could be a number of things or it could be that the government has dropped the ball. Give it some time and check back with your public defender.
