Are there any laws regarding notification time of parking tickets?

I received multiple parking tickets over the span of a week, and was only notified via email, a week later, all at the same time. Are there any regulations about notifications of parking citations that can help me?

There are no time constraints for parking tickets. You can work with the court to make sure all the tickets are proper and correct. You should be able to negotiate a settlement if there are large numbers of tickets in a very short period. Do not ignore these tickets in that there will be an arrest warrant issued.
