QUESTION

Arrested on a limited driving permit

Asked on Jul 08th, 2013 on Traffic Violations - Georgia
More details to this question:
I was arrested in Kennesaw for Violation of a limited permit, I am on Felony Probation in Cobb County, completed 3yrs with 2yrs left. I am in Good Standing with probation officer but was told today that unless I can get this charge dissmissed or refused no a non arresting charge such as speeding or failure to yield, then my probation would be revoked for as much as 30 days. I am a single mom with kids and can not afford to go to be away from them over a simple traffic ticket. My arraignment is not until July 30th so my probation would be revoked and I would be in Jail by then. Is it possible to get this charge dismissed or reduced within 2weeks I will take out a loan to pay an Attorney who could help me avoid jail. I work for myself and have tax information to prove I was coming from a client job.

Is your case in the Kennesaw Municipal Court?  If it is, and you are still looking for a lawyer, give me a call through my profile.  I am familiar with their court and how this could be accomplished.
