QUESTION

assault during a hockey game

Asked on Oct 08th, 2018 on Criminal Law - New Jersey
More details to this question:
My daughter was attacked this weekend at a hockey game by another player. Nine years of playing and I have never seen such a disgrace in this game. I know right now I'm still upset, and I am not looking for a monetary payout, and she luckily was not severely injured, but I would like to see this girl removed from the league. Do I have any options?

These cases are most expensive to pursue and most difficult to win. You must obtain the video of the game if there was a video. You must get affidavits from the witnesses. You must hire an expert who will give an opinion and then testify. Please call to discuss. Ed Dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
