assault with dangerous weapon trial this monday

My boyfriend and I were drunk doing laundry got in fight, bleach spilled everywhere including on him. He called police, they arrested me for assault with dangerous weapon. He is still my boyfriend. The cops took this way too far as far as we are both concerened and my boyfriend is not showing up to be a witness for the state even though he got a letter in the mail to do so. Will it be dismissed?
