i got in a bar fight with 3 people one got hit with a bottle. a detective wants to talk to me about what happen i have not responded to him he texted me and told me if i don't he will put a warrant for my arrest. can he do that?

The detective can have you arrested if there are charges brought against you for the assault. The detective cannot arrest you if no charges have been brought.
