More details to this question:
I am a parolee in the state of New Jersey who is being required by the Parole Board to reside in a shelter for people who are homeless. I have been threatened with imprisonment if I do not reside in the shelter. I would like to challenge the Parole Board's authority in regard to this issue. How can I do this? Can I do this through a petition for Post Conviction Relief?

We represent people before the Parole Board each week. We would bring your case directly to the Parole Board. The key to success is understaffing the motives of the Parole Board and if they comply with the law. Ed Dimon 732-797-1600
