Background check, conditional discharge

More details to this question:
I was arrested for possession of marijuana about 4 months ago and recieved a conditional discharge and have to answer questions to a background check for a job offer. Im not sure how to answer these two since I was never convicted of anything. 1. Have you received an alternative adjudication within the past seven years? 2.Do you have any open warrants or charges pending against you?
