My father was arrested yesterday afternoon for an DWI . First offense in 20 years or more. I posted bail at 3 am and they told me to come, bail posted but now they wont release him till he blows . but he was at .08 when i was there to get him which is the legal limit in indiana, hes been in there for 12 hours now. Is it true they cant release him to me till he blows a 0??

Hire an attorney asap. The owi can complicate insurance cause suspension of license etc. Not to mention it is punishable by jail.
