QUESTION

Based on the numbers off test can I beat my DUI?

Asked on Jul 27th, 2013 on DUI/DWI - Georgia
More details to this question:
I was south bound on a county dirt road and a Custer County deputy was northbound, passed him and he turned around and stopped me for my tag light being out( it wasn’t out). Asked if I was drinking and I said 4 beers. Gave me a breathalyzer test right away, I asked was it calibrated, got out another tube and I blew again. Then gave me an eye test (follow the pen). Then tried another test and I said that’s the third test. He said do it or your going in for DUI and I said from here on out I’m pleading the fifth! And took me in without giving me my breathe score.

You should retain an attorney. The prosecutor can file charges against you based on the police officer's testimony. Your attorney can subpoena and review all of the evidence against you.

You need to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to save your license.
