bench warrant

More details to this question:
My husband has a 30+ yr old bench warrant in Nevada. When we called to find out what it was about they would not tell him. They said he needed to come to Nevada. We are financially unable to do that. What can we do.

if you absolutely have no money, what can you do? your best option would be to hire a Nevada lawyer if you can get some money.

If he does not take care of the problem in Nevada he faces the risk of arrest and transfer there. This can be a long process with possibly even more expense or additional time spent in jail.
