Trying to join military to make a better life. Have a felony (possession of concealed handcuff key) from a few years ago. Can't join until felony is cleared. Can I get by sealing the felony, or must I expunge it?

Usually the terms are interchangeable, i.e. sealing or expunging is the same thing. However, I do not know if Florida has different processes. You should contact an attorney in Florida to inquire further.
