QUESTION

Borrowed friend's uninsured car and got into a small accident.

More details to this question:
To make things simple, I was driving a friend's car that was previously mine and due to him being busy with college he did not replace the registration/plates and the car was uninsured. I accidentally hit another vehicle with very little damage to the car and no one was hurt. The police officer gave me 6 tickets including Fictitious Plates, Fictitious Registration, and no insurance. The registration and plates were not fictitious at all it's just that my friend didn't have the chance to replace them, but the cop explained that since he couldn't find them in his data base he wrote me those tickets. I need advice on what to do about this situation specially because the last thing I want is for my friend to get his licence suspended (even though I was driving). I have come to terms with the fact that mines definitely will but I'm just concerned about my friend.
