A week ago two old friends and my boyfriend and I were all having drinks. My boyfriend got mad and they said he pulled a gun. I never saw him pull a gun. They ran around telling people my boyfriend was crazy. My boyfriend texted them today and told them to shut up or he would fight them. Later the police came over and charged him with 3 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and written threats. My questions is with 2 witnesses saying he had a gun a week ago and they feared for their lives but I and my boyfriend are saying there was no fun, can they really press charges on my boyfriend? They are lying to get him in trouble because they are mad at each other
