Can 2 Felony DUI convictions be expunged?

2 felonies in 1985 and 1997 for DUI in Arizona. Could these convictions be set aside?

An expunction is done in the state where the charge occurred. You would need to consult an attorney there to find out what could be expunged. NC has no provision for expunction of a felony conviction and in NC a felony conviction keeps you from getting a misdemeanor expunged.
