QUESTION

Can a cop say I ran a red light that I did not see?

Asked on Jul 17th, 2014 on Criminal Law - Kansas
More details to this question:
Not only I did not see, it could never be seen from a side view because all three lights red, green and yellow have foot long cones extended from the impairing view from the side. The only person that saw my light is me and it was green but on the officer’s video there's never a stoplight shown.

Your question is confusing. You have a couple of options. You can plea to it or try it. If it's not on the video then you have a possibility if winning the case, but I question how you've already seen the video. That takes a production of evidence motion.
