There was a murder. Suspect works for pd in that county. Lots of lies, misinformation and refusal to question this suspect. SA has been asked & asked to do his job, he refuses. Can the people remove him and how? AG of IL says she can't. Who can?

A State's Attorney is an elected official.  He does not have a "supervisor" or a "boss".  You can vote for a different person at the next election.  Otherwise, you can ask the Illinois House of Representatives to impeach the State's Attorney. Those are the only real options.
