Can a drug case be thrown out due to misinformation in the discovery?

More details to this question:
During court the discovery was being read to my son. But found the information in it was not for our address but the neighbors (garbage). Where meth bags and scale were found. Son was charged with .3 grams of small all amount of a fifth degree substance due to the search.
This might be a very good issue to raise. If the police obtained a search warrant for a wrong address then it's possible to argue that all evidence obtained through the warrant should be excluded. I can't say for sure though. Your son needs to have an attorney retained to represent him on this case and his attorney needs to obtain and review the reports and the evidence against him.
