More details to this question:
My 14 year old son jumped a park fence with a friend. They broke a lock on a concession stand door lock and entered the building to look around. They took nothing as seen on camera. My son has never been in trouble before. He has to go to a referral meeting do I need to get him an attorney?
It sounds more like a trespass and given the fact that he is a kid and has no criminal history, there should be a way out of this. It would help to have a lawyer.
