QUESTION

Can a probation officer grant an early release from EtG testing?

More details to this question:
I recently got arrested for DUI (first offense). It was knocked down to Reckless End. as part of a plea deal. I'm on probation for 12 months and have to submit to etg testing whenever I call and they tell me to come down. It's been almost 3 months I've passed all my test I've been called in like 5 times. I was wondering if the PO would consider, with it being my first offense and I've paid all fines and fees and been to all necessary classes have been completed, if they would consider taking me off the list for EtG testing?
