Can a record be cleaned out after years if the accusations were false?

More details to this question:
In 2000 and 2001 - I was falsely accussed of aggravated child neglect and abuse and burglary of conveyance with battery. It was all false accusations against me. I've not been able to work in any other place and the employer whom i work for are cutting my hours all the time. this is so frustrating. I need to pay my bills and the only brings hardship on me. :( I hope I can do something to clear this, I never knew trouble til i got involved withthis family.

A criminal record can be expunged if adjudication was withheld. If there is a conviction, it cannot be expunged. You can only get one expungement. Consult a local attorney regarding expungement.
