Can a twenty year old misdemeanor DUI be removed from a person's record?

More details to this question:
It has been twenty years since I was ticketed for a driving under the influence charge with a misdemeanor. I would like to know if it is possible to have it removed from my record driving or court records?

Maybe, it depends on the quality of the record from 20 years ago. Some courts kept excellent records, some didn't, some records have been lost as the courts moved from physical files to electronic files, a DUI attorney in your area may be able to shed more light on the "expungement" process.

NO. Driving convictions, like this, are nonexpungable. They stay on your record forever. They do this since it affects your ability to get a license and drive.

You cannot remove it from court records or DMV records however you can have it expunged which allows you to say to private employers you have no criminal conviction.

In Michigan it is almost impossible to have a DUI removed from your driver's record.
