Can an ex-felon get his gun rights back?

I'm an ex-felon. I would like to hunt again with my wife. Can I get my gun rights back so I can own a gun again?

Yes. You can either expunge the felony or get a 402 reduction taking the felony down to a misdemeanor. At that time, assuming you dont have any other barriers to gun ownership, your gun rights would be restored.
