That depends on what felony. Some offenses are excluded in the language of the expungement statute. If you would like an answer, let me know of what offense you were convicted.

Only 3 types of felonies can be expunged in Missouri passing a bad check, fraudulent use of a debit or credit device, or fraudulently stopping payment on an instrument These are the only 3 types of felony convictions that can be expunged, and only if you have gone 20 years since the completion of the period of imprisonment, probation, or parole without getting a conviction for any other misdemeanor or felony.
