Can charges get dropped if their rights weren't read?

More details to this question:
My fiancé is incarcerated because of a DWI, driving with no license, and a warrant for possession of marijuana. He didn't get his rights read for both incidents. He's on a cash only bond.

Police don't have to read your rights, even if they arrest you.
