Can cop charge you for evading arrest and resisting arrest?

I pulled into my drive way got of my car and a car pulls up behind me some one told me to stop and I keep walking cuz it was dark and couldn\\'t see who it was they tackled me and arrested me

It's real easy to get charged, but they have to prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt for anything to stick.
