More details to this question:
I plead no contest so I wasn't charged with a felony I was assaulted by her in the case however I plead no contest to domestic violence to avoid the felony charges can I press charges on her also for domestic assault?

You can ask the detective and the prosecuting authorities to bring charges but without their cooperation it would be very unlikely charges would be authorized at this point.
