QUESTION

Can I appeal a probation sentence?

Asked on Dec 14th, 2014 on DUI/DWI - Maryland
More details to this question:
I took a plea (DWI 1st offense) It would have been my 3rd DWI. I want to appeal the judges sentence (which are: 35 AA meetings a week for 20 weeks, pay $50 a month for a year of supervised probation, another year of unsupervised probation and possibly pay to take urine samples) I was also given 5 weekends from a suspended sentence of 45 days which I have served all but 1 more weekend.

This matter if you did not receive a probation before judgment and except the conditions of the probation before judgment. Sometimes of probation before judgment is called a PBJ. You should carefully look at what was injured in the court docket so that you may know whether or not you were able to appeal. You have a limited time period in which to file an appeal says you should act immediately.
