More details to this question:
Went to a car dealer it was told to the car dealer that a certified check would be paid for the total amount which it didn't the car was returned in perfect shape. I was put on probation plus 9000 restitution for the prior to that the day of court the dealership asked me to sign the title over to the and I still have to pay restitution Can it be Appealed??
If you are still within your appeal deadlines, then yes you can appeal even if the case was resolved by agreement. But the appeal deadlines are strict. From the General District Court you have ten (10) days to note your appeal.
