Can I avoid jail with a credit for the 48 voluntary inpatient program?

More details to this question:
I was arrested 4/10/15 3rd OWI .16 bac I immediately started AA signed docs admitted myself inpatient treatment facility for 48 days now currently in IOP. P.O. pre-sentence investigation asked for 30 days Jail. Along with 5 years probation, 60 days community service sobriety court and fines and fees. My question is can I avoid jail with a credit for the 48 voluntary inpatient program?

Up to judge & probation. Best answer is possibly. At least a good chance but most courts have mandatory time for felony 3rd offense.
