Can I be arraigned twice under two different case numbers for the same crime?

More details to this question:
I was arraigned for petty theft. On the trial day the charge was dismissed. Now I’m being arraigned again for the same charge and their using a new case number.

You need to hire an attorney. This may or may not be proper in Colorado. If you cannot afford an attorney, apply for the services of the public defenders office.
