Can I be arrested for possessions of drugs?

More details to this question:
I was arrested for possessions of drugs. after which the police found a letter in my car with address on it and took me back to my house. took my keys and start searching my house without a search warrant, when they seen a safe they waited for a search warrant to open it. would you called this a illegal search, because they came in and start searching before the warrant came,

You can and will be arrested for drugs from your home. You need to hire a criminal defense lawyer to suppress the drugs found in the house if they did not have a warrant.
