Can I be charge with DWI if I had prescriptions?

I got a driving while intoxicated charge in Texas from a Highway Patrol on an interstate. I understand in Texas driving while intoxicated and driving under the influence are the same. I had dropped my phone on the floor of my car and bent to pick it up and saw the lights in my mirror and got off of the interstate and pulled over. I had to breathe into the machine, walk the line and blood test. This was one afternoon at 5pm. I had some of my prescriptions in a little pill case in my purse which I normally take every few hours each day for fibromyalgia. I take Narco and Soma. Pain medication and muscle relaxer, I have taken for 7 years. I had taken some during the day but not at the time I was on the road and this was on the day before Thanksgiving. I offered this script to the officer he didn't have to take it. I failed the walking the line, I was so nervous and was having a slight panic attack shaking so badly. I was arrested and taken to the jail where they did a blood test. I’m still waiting and calling bail bondsmen each week.
