Can I be charged with a felony?

Im a 16 year old and I was parked at a park at night with 2 buddys Smoking some Marijuana and an undercover Cop pulled up blocking me in the parking spot, No lights he then proceeded to my window, my driver side window is broken so I opened the door, he asked for ID. He then asked for all of us to step out of the car he searched my car found a a pipe, a one hitter, adderal pills in a weed baggy Prescribed to one of my buddys with around 10 empty baggies from weed in a container in a sports bag. The bag was in the back seat. My friend was holding a pipe and a bag of around .3 of weed. He also found a slim Jim (Car picklock) We all deny possession of the bag at the station so he said hes going to charge us all if noone fesses up, we all still deny and hearing from the convo between two cops he said I have 4 charges and my buddys get 3 ( 1 more for the burglary tools) We get released to our parents and he said we should recieve in the mail our court date Week has past no mail.
