Can I be charged with anything if I never met the girl or had any kind of physical contact with her whatsoever?

More details to this question:
A girl messaged me on an online dating site, gave me her number and was texting me. She told me she was 18 first then 17 and proceeded to send me pictures of herself which I didn't ask for. It turns out she is actually 16 and her dad is trying to have me arrested.

In Colorado, I see no charges that could be filed.
