Can I be charged with marijuana trafficking based on text messages?

More details to this question:
Cops tore my house apart with a search warrant because they had suspicions that my house is a drug house for weed. They just took all my money (earned and saved from work to buy a car) took a few grams of weed. They took my phone and arrested me.
