Can I be charged with possession with intent to deliver?

I got charged with possession with intent to deliver 57 dime bags of marijuana found in clothing in a friend's closet in his home while I was there hanging out because he said it was mine and because I had 450 dollars in my pocket.

Yes, you can be charged. You probably have a good possession argument and you may have a probable cause search argument. You should hire a lawyer.
