I have never been in trouble before and I made a bad decision and i opened up a cell phone account in mother in laws name.. how much trouble and I looking at..honestly? I am willing to do whatever I have to do to get it taken care of I just do not want jail time.

Depends on how your mom reacts. If you two can work it out among yourselves then there would be no reason for charges.
