Can I be forced to undergo a breathalyzer test without an attorney?

More details to this question:
Can I be forced to take a breathalyzer or blood test if I request to talk with an attorney first? Especially with the implied consent law being ruled unconstitutional?

You have no right for an attorney to be present at the administration of a Breathalyzer or the gathering of a blood sample.
