QUESTION

Can I be found partially guilty?

Asked on Mar 06th, 2021 on Criminal Law - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I was charged with theft of money from workplace for a certain amount. I have admitted being guilty on taking part of that money but not all, I did not take it all. I am aware of another employee who’s is stealing and have proof of a fellow employee agreement that we’ve overheard management talk about ignoring missing money from the registers. I am wondering if with this information can it help my case and is there a chance I can be found partially guilty or something. This is also my first offense of any kind.
