Can I be prosecuted for past drug deals even though I no longer sell drugs?

More details to this question:
I have sold large amounts of marijuana, methamphetamine, and mdma over the course of 2014. I decided to quit engaging in criminal activity just recently. Hypothetically speaking, if the DEA or another Task Force was investigating me and had controlled buys on me, or solid digital wiretap evidence, could they still prosecute me for my non violent drug crimes even if i'm not in possession of drugs or the proceeds of drug sales?

You need a good attorney on-call. Yes, drug investigations and prosecutions can be months, even years in the making. There is a four year statute of limitations on most felonies in Georgia.
