Can I bond out if I have no other holds?

Asked on Jul 10th, 2012 on DUI/DWI - Texas
More details to this question:
I was sentenced to 5 years TDC in a different county and in the county I'm in now I'm awaiting a different charge. They are showing no other holds for me and I have a bond here. Can I bond out until my court date? They said that they do not have any paperwork showing my TDC hold.

They will let you know if the Judge gave you a bond or not. It's public record. Just call a bail bonds company and see if you have bail set. If not, hire an attorney to get you a bail.
