QUESTION
Can I call to find out the past due amount and mail it in, which I am able to do, or will I have to find a way to go back and pay it in person?

I just had a bench warrant issued in Oklahoma for failure to pay a ticket on a misdemeanor. I was unemployed and have finally found a job to start paying. I have every intention of paying my fine. I currently live in Texas.

Where is your trouble in Oklahoma? it depends on the court, but it may be possible to have the warrant recalled and payment applied, particularly if you are paying the matter off.
